Position Descriptions
Student Association General Assembly (SAGA):
- SAGA is the advocate for the undergraduate population on campus. Each delegate elected to the General Assembly is assigned to an area of University life, academic or student life. Each delegate serves as the liaison between the students and the University office they represent.
- Seven (7) Delegates are elected per class
- After school-wide elections, SAGA leadership elections (Speaker, Chairs, etc.) will take place at a later date.
Student Fee Allocation Board (SFAB):
- SFAB oversees the student activity fee money and is responsible for allocating those funds to the various student organizations.
- Members of SFAB are responsible for:
- Implementing budgetary policy and procedures for student organizations
- Evaluating funding proposals
- Functioning as the treasury liaison for specific student organizations, oversee direct payments, purchase orders, and other financial issues. - One (1) representative is elected per class
Program Board
- Program Board is responsible for a large portion of campus events and activities.
- Each class shall elect a class chair.
-The class chair will be responsible for social activities for their class and act as a member of the Program Board executive board.
-All class chairs will be expected to assist other committee chairs in carrying out major events.
